Meanwhile heat up the sunflower oil in a frying pan and add the cherry tomatoes and king prawns. Turn the heat down a little and add the courgette and garlic. While the pasta cooks crack on with the prawns.

Continue to cook stirring often for 3-4 minutes until the courgette is turning golden. Long thin ribbons of pasta sold either in curled nests or straight like spaghetti.
